JOSHUA FISHER

Dr. Joshua Fisher is a climate scientist and professor at Chapman University. He began his journey in science as a young child passionate about all genres of science in school. Now he is the science lead of a space company, Hydrosat, which utilizes remote sensing and satellites to model and climate systems across the planet. Not only does he frequently work with NASA to gather satellite data but he also leads field campaigns to interact with communities on environmental problems.

CLIMATE SCIENCE

As a climate scientist, Dr. Fisher has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects around the world, from Costa Rica to Los Angeles. Seeing the specific statistics and scientific research behind climate change his take is not the most common. Listen in to hear how he defines this public problem and his understanding of it.
